JAC Stepped in to Golden Jubilee year

   July 5, 2020

O  LORD,  you  are  my  God;  I  will  exalt  you  and  praise  your  name,  for  in  perfect faithfulness you have done marvellous things, things planned long ago. (Isaiah 25: 1)

It is with illimited joy that we announce, J.A. College (Autonomous) is stepping into its Golden Jubilee year. With the present COVID-19 onslaught, paralysing any and every one field activities, we have stepped into the prestigious Golden Jubilee Year with muffled celebrations, in a simple and elegant manner. Having said this, our Good Lord’s resounding grace has enabled us to celebrate this momentous feat in the most divinest of ways. The Golden Jubilee Year was taken forward and inaugurated with a Holy Mass offered by Rev. Fr. Jayaseelan, the Parish Priest of Periyakulam and Fr. Richard.

Superior General Mother Reginal and Provincial Rev. Sr. Maria Antony graced the occasion with their presence. Mr. and Mrs. Hemanth Angeline (Donor family members), all the emeritus and retired teaching and non teaching staff, current academic and administrative staff, helpers, and all those dear and near ones participated. Following the Holy Mass, those eminent personalities and stalwarts of the college, who were indeed the building blocks of the college were duly felicitated, recognizing their relentless service and sacrifices for the college’s cause.

Dr. Sr. Queensly Jeyanthi, incumbent Secretary & Superior of J.A College welcomed the august gathering. The Secretary, Principal and the Vice Principal honoured the Chief guests of the event. The event ended on a high note with Dr. Sr. Jesu Rani, the Principal delivering the Vote of Thanks.
